Unloc at unloc.tools is a directory of tools. These terms cover a listing and the two paid lanes. They are the rules of the site, written in plain language.
Free listings
You may submit a tool you are allowed to describe. Listings are reviewed before they go live. We can edit a pitch for length, refuse a listing that is misleading, or take one down. A free listing is not an endorsement, and it is not ranked by who paid. Order on the organic boards follows the quality score described on how ranking works.
Category pins
A category pin is a $149/mo subscription on one category. It is labelled as a pin. It is not Claim #1, and it does not change the organic order underneath it. The subscription is billed by Stripe until it is cancelled. Cancelling stops the next period. It does not rewrite the month already paid for.
Claim #1
Claim #1 is a pay-what-you-want hold on the Sponsored board. You keep the spot until someone pays more. There is no lifetime ranking and no promise that the spot lasts a fixed number of days. The row is labelled Sponsored. Payment is taken by Stripe at checkout.
Guides
Comparisons describe the job each tool is for, from public product pages. They are not a paid ranking. Prices change. Check the vendor’s own page before you buy. Some older guides on the full resources list were imported from an earlier site and are not kept on the homepage.
What you may not do
Do not submit a tool you do not have the right to list, do not scrape the directory in order to republish it, and do not try to buy a placement for a product that does not exist. We may refuse a payment that looks like that, and we may remove the row.

Use the contact page for a listing, a pin, or a guide. These terms apply to the site as published. If a checkout page from Stripe states its own terms for the payment, those apply to the payment itself.
